When contemplating change, it’s tempting to try to think things through. Make a list, check it twice. Consider all the factors, all the contingencies and moving parts.
But thinking is unreliable. Deceptive. And moving parts keep moving.
Some decisions are better made in the space between thoughts, where there’s room to spread out, room to breathe.
